Telemarketing Executive

Our client is a dynamic business focusing on distributing cloud-managed enterprise WiFi solution in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia. Their world-class products include wireless access point and cloud portal for social WiFi, advertisement, and analytics. Providing local support and warranty is their key value-add to industry partners. We are currently looking for a Telemarketing Executive to solicit orders for our products or services by identifying prospects, telephoning customers to create a first point of contact for the sales division to follow up with prospective clients to do in-depth presentations to closure of sales. 
Job Responsibilities
  • Identify prospects by reading telephone and postal code directories and other online listings.
  • Influence and draw interest for customers to consider using the company’s products and services by selling to customers’ needs with a prepared pre-sales brief on the benefits and advantages offered based on clients’ business requirements.
  • Complete procedure by recording names, addresses, type of business, proposed products or solutions for sales team to follow up.
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
